Online regis­tra­tion opens on Janu­ary 25, 2021
After com­ple­tion, doc­u­ment­a­tion must then be brought in person to the sec­ret­ariat on the first floor at one of the fol­low­ing times:

  • Janu­ary 29, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Feb­ru­ary 12, 2021 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Feb­ru­ary 15, 2021 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

At this time, an appoint­ment will be made for a per­sonal inter­view of the applic­ant.

Please bring the fol­low­ing doc­u­ments:
• Prin­ted and signed online regis­tra­tion form
• Most recent school report (Semesterzeugnis) (copy & ori­ginal)
• Social secur­ity number of your child
• Cer­ti­fic­ate of res­id­ency of your child (Meldez­ettel) (ori­ginal and copy)
• Proof of cit­izen­ship (Staats­bür­ger­schaft­snach­weis) (copy & ori­ginal)
• Birth cer­ti­fic­ate (copy & ori­ginal)
• Cer­ti­fic­ate of bap­tism (ori­ginal & copy)
• Guard­i­an­ship decree (Vor­mund­schafts­dekret) — for single par­ents (ori­ginal and copy)
• Most recent German and Math­em­at­ics tests (Schu­larbeiten) (copy)
