Mobility week

As a part of the physics course and to commemorate the “Mobility week” organized by our school between the 3rd and the 7th of October 2022, the students of class 3C participated in the guided tour “Mobility, then and now!” at the Technical Museum in Vienna.
We chose to look at the different modes of transport in choronological order of their invention which enabled us to “go back in time” and pedal around in the first gearless cycles, fly around in hot air balloons, travel in horse drawn carriages moving on metal tracks, see the models of first rafts that helped transport goods along Donau and actually see the insides of a steam engine used not only in trains but also in early cars.
At the end of this fantastic “journey”, we couldn’t help but wonder what the future has in store.
